The Asian Youth Energy Summit is an annual gathering organized by youths for youths. At the Summit, we provide our dynamic audience the opportunity to engage experts from all frontiers of the green industry in an open and heartfelt dialogue.

Why should you join?

"There is no plan B for climate change... because there is no planet B."

When was the last time we heard of "global warming" and thought that it doesn't particularly feel that warm or sometimes it is even colder than normal? If renewables are the answer, why aren't there wind turbines and solar panels everywhere in Singapore?

All the things you ever wanted to know -

Come down for a day of fun interactive sessions that will go straight to the real science and issues of climate change and energy - coming straight out of thought leaders who have been working on the topic for decades. Learn more about the entire ecosystem and nexus of climate change and energy - challenge the status quo, challenge your peers and the thought leaders on stage on what is and what is not common sense. Define what you want your energy future to be.

All the cool people you wanted to meet - We will have a band of lively undergraduates, graduates, entrepreneurs, CEOs, youths, industry professionals, analysts, scientists - all as passionate/curious/angry as you are on the topics of climate change, energy, environment and water. We make sure we have a diverse audience so that you can do your networking thing as well as have engaging, powerful discussions on the things you are passionate about. Ultimately we want you to go home with friends - who knows this could be your Sergey meets Larry moment.

All the problems you ever wanted to solve - We want you to go home with real solutions and opportunities that you can nurture, develop and execute - right there on that day or 10 years down the road. There will be breakout sessions to post your ideas, critique others and ask for mentorship from the best speakers on stage. In fact, we have an entire competition component that you can take part in (the Cleantech Open Ideas Competition). So fire up your creativity - coupled with our youthful energy, our own common sense and the little nuances that we learnt during the conference - we can make a better future for ourselves.
